Arrests at the DMV

Two employees of the Department of Public Safety in Laurel were arrested Friday by agents from the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations and Department of Homeland Security.
Yolanda Perkins, 48, of Laurel, and Deborah Stewart, 55, of Waynesboro are each facing five counts of forgery after the MBI and DHS agents converged on the DPS drivers license examination station located at North 12th Avenue in Laurel.
